Sometimes the pressures of daily life make exercise impossible for working mothers. Looking after a family is really stressful. She has to get kids ready for school, complete housework, prepare meals and aids in anyone’s illness. Moreover office job makes this stress acute. But all these should not be an excuse for a working mother to avoid exercise. She needs to find some time for exercise. She should try to make exercise as her habit.   • First of all, try to find out a friend like you. You may not feel interest in exercise alone. A working woman like you may motivate you in your weight loss project. Then you may easily include exercise in your daily routine. It also increases social interaction.
  • Who does not love music? Take an IPOD and listen to it while you are in gym. It will stimulate you to exercise more. Upbeat music works great. You may hear softer music when you do yoga. It will remove your boredom also. Many gymnasiums have T.V also. So, have headphones and listen your favorite T.V show.
  • Don’t afraid of exercise. Try to love it. Try to find out the exercises that you like most. Such activities will increase your interest in exercise.
  • You should not be so much hasty at the beginning. If you don’t exercise in your whole life, start with 10 minutes exercise. Start slowly and develop the time limit gradually.
  • 1 minute exercise raises your heart rate that helps to develop your metabolic rate. So, get up from your desk and climb some stairs. It is also an exercise dear.
  • Sometimes you may not be the member of a gym because of your limited budget. Okay, don’t be depressed. Try to collect DVDs and get started at home.
