Low Calorie Diet does not work

In order to lose weight fat, most people follow a low calorie diet plan. But weight loss professionals admit that traditional methods of cutting calories do not work in the long run. People who prefer low calorie diet for losing their extra weight find out that they haven't lost much weight after a few weeks. What is the reason? In this article we are going to discuss why low calorie diet is not a perfect way of shedding extra weight:-
  • Slow down Metabolic Rate: - Low calorie diet low down our metabolic rate. Our body becomes habituated to burn less fat and in the next time our fat loss becomes more difficult.

  • Due to nutritional deficiency your health may damage:- Your body basically remains malnourished, when you eat low-calorie foods. All times you feel sick and tired. You won’t be able to complete even your regular activities. So, now it becomes clear o you that low calorie diets is not god for you. So, what should you do?

  • Don’t evaluate calories as your enemy. Calorie supplies your body necessary nutrition and energy. You will be happy to know that calorie makes your metabolic rate high which results in weight loss. But you should also know that two kinds of calories are available- good calorie and bad calorie. You should avoid bad calorie or empty calorie such as junk food and take good calorie or negative calorie such as fruits and vegetables as possible. This will eventually result in weight loss.
  • You should try to avoid chocolate, butter, cream, sugary juice and red meat. They contained bad calorie. Instead of these you should be habituated with salad, corn, peppers, cauliflowers, grain wheat bread etc.
  • Muscles burn a lot of your calories in order to maintain themselves. So, the lean muscles will help you to lose your extra weight. You may take protein-rich foods for building lean muscles. Again protein-rich foods will make you full for a long time.
  • Hope that, like many people you also take tea. Okay, from today start to take green tea. It will be beneficial for you.
  • Only diet and no exercise will make you bored and frustrated in your weight loss project. You ma say that you are not habituated with exercise or lead a very bus life. No, problem. Start with only 5 minutes or just play with your kids. You may also take morning and evening walk daily for 30 minutes.
Though it is a traditional way to make a low calorie diet chart for weight loose program, the experts now-a- day deny it. So, you also should not go in this way.
