It is high time for Weight Loosing

You may have heard it for several times from several people that over weight is not good. You may also know that different diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol level, sleep apnea, heart diseases, etc are caused because of overweight. Your big belly may become the source of joke to your friends and colleagues. Now you are sure that you should loose your extra weight. But you are waiting for correct timing. Dear friend, no one will tell you about it. You should decide it by yourself. You may say that you are leading a very busy life now and will start your weight loss project when you will be relaxed. Tomorrow will never come in your life, if you don’t start it just now. You should start your weight loss efforts from now. Moreover if you ignore your extra weight now, then one day you will become excessive weighted and except expensive weight loss surgeries no way will remain before you. Two years ago my Mom was excessively overweighed. She was suffering from sleep apnea and felt dizzy and drowsy all the time. She even became unable to perform her day-to-day activities. She was a teacher in profession. So, her excessive obesity was going to damage her professional life and personal life at the same time. Behind all his problems obesity was the root cause. It became the hindrance of her usual life leading. But unfortunately she was not conscious about her weight problem. One day in my cousin’s marriage ceremony, everyone blames her for her overweight. Our relatives say that by growing fatter day by day she is calling her death nearer. One of our relatives, who are doctor in profession, advices her to take immediate step to loose her over weight. Otherwise her heart will be weak and it may even cause heart attack. Now she comes in the sense. After coming home she discovers that she is over weighed. That is the moment when she finally decides to loose her weight. She asks me for advice. At the very moment I consult with one of my friends who have been working as a fitness coach for many years. My friend comes in our home at the evening. He also gives my Mom some consultancy about the importance of reducing overweight. He shows her some exercise and makes a diet chart for her. My Mom continues this very sincerely. And a year later she loses her several weights (about 10 pounds). Now she is doing her regular activities without a problem and leading a happy and energetic life. I am really proud of my Mom. So, dear friend you also should not avoid your overweight problem. No one will say that this is the right time and you should start your weight loss effort from now. The life is yours. So, you should be conscious about it.
