Without calorie our “body engine” won’t be able to work properly. But, we should be choosy to take calorie. We should take good calorie contained food such as- Raw fruits, vegetables, seeds, wholegrain, whole meal pasta and wheat etc. We should also that chips, pasta, white bread, soft drinks, biscuits, cakes, and candies are bad calorie contained foods. And finally you should take exercise daily. For this, you may consult with a trainer. Yoga may prove helpful in such case. But you should ever stress on yourself. For example 30 push-ups may not be possible for you in the beginning day. No problem. Start slowly. Increase 1 or 2 push-ups day by day. And every improvement will motivate you to push for more. Dear friend you should never try "extreme fat burner" pills. These have side effects and may cause your death also. Be slow, steady and confident. Do doubt that you will be the winner.
