- Combo meals may be convenient but they contain a lot of calories.
- Juice drink contains high-fructose corn syrup. You may choose lemon juice instead of it.
- As dessert you may choose fruit salad.
There is nothing wrong to go to restaurant. But you should be choosy and conscious in taking foods. Restaurant foods don’t mean cream, sauce, butter and oil contained food. You may prove yourself as a conscious customer. You may request the restaurant authority to modify the menu. Who knows, they may honor you as diet-friendly customer.
