Body takes what it gets. Many people take vitamins in a form of tablet because they think that they aren’t eating what they should. A research shows that we take food for pleasure, for comfort, to get relief from depression, to behave as social, as a form of reward, to get relief from loneliness, even in time of doing sex. Moreover many restaurants and fast-food malls are canvassing convincingly to attract more people. They inspire people to eat more. To keep people away from overeating doctors find out a way. They say that people should not spend more time about thinking for food and preparing food. Even they should spend less money on food. The present rule of diet is, eat less and get healthy. Fasting is a good way that may help you to transform your relationship with food. By fasting, your liver will get some rest also.
